I think Crooked Dice will be putting out some suitable minis for this sortof thing in the future, in support of their game 7TV? (www.crooked-dice.co.uk)

Cheers - no immediate plans for an investigative academic, but these shows are certainly an inspiration for the rules and miniature line, so who knows.

The Investigative Academic is an archetype in the game though. We also have a team of retro astronauts currently being sculpted for the British Rocket Group, but these are more 70s than 50s in style. 7TV is very much influenced and inspired by many genres in a Wold Newton (or Kim Newman if you prefer) style.

I was lucky enough to see the original Quatermass and the Pit on the big screen at the NFT a few years ago. Travelling home on the tube took on a whole new terror.

Love the Rocket BTW.
