Useless trivia: 'barn' means 'child' in Danish

And the Scots often refer to children as bairns (sp?). Maybe some old norse slipping in there.

And a 'dram' is also a 'dram' in Danish - meaning a small glass of liquor ;-)

Western wide barn (at £6) + Plasticville windmill ordered (+ Plasticville Diner...)

Now I have to print and build my Mean Sets 'Old Farm House' (with interiors) and get a stable for some livestock.... and paint some fences, and buy an IKEA mat to cut up for grain fields.... hmmm... 2 Pegasus UFO's on the way from Evilbay, and all needed minis primed....

The Invasion of the Saucer Men can soon begin  :D

Very nice barns - I just don't have the time/patience to scratchbuild. Assembling, cleaning, and painting a resin or plastic building, OR printing and assembling a paper building is just what I can manage on the side when being busy with some handfuls of minis for various ongoing projects.

And that windmill is nice - I just wanted one of those things making electricity for american farms, and Got one from Plasticville. Will do fine.

The windmills aren't for electricity Argonor, they run the well pump.

Both are the models from the top line.
