Strange French toy vehicles
« on: 29 July 2010, 07:50:39 PM »
I was in HOMEBARGAINS today and came across a range of vehicles produced by MAJORETTE  There are several unusual vehicles in the range whish is called FANTASY .
i bought this one , i'm not sure which end is the front and which the rear.

Here it is with a couple of figures for scale

All the vehicles in the range are roughly cylindrical in shape and have no obvious doors or windows ,some have three wheels others four. They come in Hotwheel size packs and cost 59p

i'm sure someone on the forum will find a use for such odd vehicles.
Cheers
Dexter

That looks like a "representation" of the Terminator Salvation bike terminators. It even says "Drone" on the front.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for this. I've got a stalled project of beaky marines on hot wheels trikes and this looks like it would work as a comms/scanner vehicle to back them up.

The Toys R'Us here in Portugal usually stocks that. They have a huge line of futuristic vehicles (including police cars and vans) but I never bought them because they are too small for 28mm. Maybe they could work for 15mm figs?

Thanks for the tip. I picked one of the type in your first post after I finished work today. It's a bit small for my original plan to have it represent a vehicle with a guy inside- instead I'm going to have it as a remote controlled or robotic scanner vehicle.

If you chopped off the wheels it would be a great little anti-grav UAV for 28mm, or a gunship for 15mm.
