Source for general 28mm decals for figures and vehicles?

Does anyone know of a good source that sells generic decals for modern day stuff? I am looking for things like numbers of all sizes, "POLICE", unit badges for shoulders of minis, stripes, hazard stripes, etc.

I don't really have a good handle on this stuff as I rarely use decals, but Hasslefree and Ginfritter's Gnomish Workshop are two good sources. The latter apparently also does custom decals.
