Looking for suggestions (Fall-out Vegas robots)
« on: 24 November 2010, 06:17:11 AM »

Something like this for the tabletop? 28-32 mm or 1/50 scale.
Ive seen some pretty creative folks around here so Im hoping to pick folks minds and see what would you all come up with trying to model this robot it seems to be a tough one compared to other types seen on this forum but I figured I ask all the same. Thanks for looking!

I was thinking of using space marine jet packs? With a wheel, I have a few robot arms I can use as well

You might be able to do something with this:

Similar body shape, sort out the arms and replace the roller with a single wheel.

There are robots here that might work if you added a mono-wheel:

I've said it before, but it bears repeating: someone has to start making (not-)Fallout miniatures... How about a group commission by the Lead Adventure Forum crowd? ;D

I have someone who might be able to make a model of this robot would anyone be interested in buying some?
It would be a kit made of metal resin or both in 28mm, Im planning on ten min for myself. if thiers enough interest we could sell them but we are just working on a first model/green right now.

Group commission? Are you a communist trying to make a moot point perchance?  >:D

I'd go for scratchbuilding one and then casting it...

Saw this and it had kind of the same shape, you would just have to add a wheel, what do you think?
