A Good Dusting?
« on: January 29, 2011, 08:26:21 AM »
Inspired by the lovely looking Death of Bickley Pasha bat rep, I am interested to know more about the rules. My Sudan collection is in 10mm, but I'm sure I could easily modify the ranges if need be. I'm interested to know things like unit size, how the mahdists work (player controlled? controlled by the system/automated, a combination of both)? Maybe a basic overview of the mechanics, particularly in regards to command and control?

Thanks in advance!

Mike

Mike, you can get a run down on the rules in the current WI Sudan Special. There is also a detailed review of Steve-the-Wargamer's blogspot.
Scale does n't matter in the rules, use them as is and simply use your 10mm figures instead of 28mm one's, its the 'hits/kills per base you have to track. Mahdists can be auto controlled by the player or played by an opponent, its all in the rule book.
Hope this helps.
