this guy on the right is quite nice. And quite usefull, too. Could imagine to use him for a sort of pulpish South Seas adventure.

Plynkes...I think he means "the shit" to mean marvellous...as in "not bad meaning bad but bad meaning good"(RUN DMC)
or do you refer to the mis-use of said figure for a different period which you consider to be bordering on sacreligious...I know how like your boys to be correctly attired

I was just choking on my cornflakes at his suggestion that they were suitable for the 1920s. Even as parade uniforms I reckon they are out of date, and why would they be wearing their parade uniforms on campaign anyway?


But be clear, I am not telling anyone how they should be doing things. If he's happy I'm happy.

Ever heard of green stuff, mate? It's the shit, to, for covering things up. Braids and stuff is easy to make vanish but a scruffy beard and a properly piled up turban not so much.

Seems a lot of effort to go to when other firms make stuff that is either almost right or actually right.

But as I said, if it makes you happy, and I know the warm feeling inside of having figures nobody else has got*, so I can see where you're coming from...
