Okay I think I figured this out here are some photos from my game.

The Amazing Waldo and Lance Boyle P.I. at Miskatonic University library.

Lance vs. Tubby Jones while Shotgun Shorty takes the high ground.

Waldo vs the Jade Hood on the roof of Miskatonic Univeristy library.

Here come the Jade Hoods minions.

I believe that its the Plasticville Town Hall.

Yep, that is the Plasticville Town Hall, which I thought would make a great university library building. I did need to do a slight modification to the roof in order to get the minis to fit, but I think it turned out pretty neat. You cant see it from the photo, but the tower roof comes off and I put a little platform in the cupola so a sniper can fit up there as well.

Plasticville makes some nice stuff and is great to use for 25-30mm.
