Ah, I figured maybe it required assembly.

My brother picked up one pack of each, and there are nice 8 out of 10.
don't think there is for the figures, but there was 9 badly casted model that i will have to get exchanged at falkirk show.
it is the end of the guns etc. which happen sometime, by the caster not keeping a eye on what he is making.
can't blame the Scheltrum guy, since i think he had so much to do before Salute and not enought time to check.
hopefully these problems will get sorted.
