Chulhoo by Gaslight
« on: 09 July 2011, 08:11:09 PM »
Excuse the pronunciation, but when I first came across the game at the Dalling Road Games Workshop shop....that was how I read it.....perhaps the staff were too kind to put me right?
Anyone else remember Dalling Road, in Amersmif (as we Londoners call it)?
lovely little place, full of all the various games and figures that were available then.....and no one grabbing you by the throat as you walked in....."hello, do you game yourself? have you seen our stuff before?"............
Anyway, I digest.....I am interested in VSF and CHULHU.....and I seem to remember a book called Chulhu by gaslight........
but cant find it now......would it have been a way of combining the two?.....surely the Old Gods etc  are the very same that Created Martians and visited the earth to awe the Egyptians????

Lots easier if you spell it 'Cthulhu'.  Here's a link to free PDF download:

Cor! I remember Dalling Road, didn't it have an upstairs bit? That and Games People Play in Notting Hill Gate used to be regular Saturday haunts.
Don't!
