I beleive the 'lurker' title is automatic, it changes the more you post - 5 posts and you become a schoolboy

the avatar size limit is 80x80 px, check yours, maybe it's larger.

Lurker is your forum status/ranking, post count based. With 5 posts you will be schoolboy, with 10 posts - student, and so on...
