I had them printed in White Strong and Flexible. They came out with a pretty rough surface, but once you put some paint on them they look good. I find that the WSF surfaces work great for vehicle sized stuff, and good enough for things about this size. I will give you one warning about these. Mike made the Comm-Towers hollow, to save money. There's a vent hole on the bottom. One of the three had a ton of white plastic powder inside it that would spill out every time you set the thing down. I was getting really sick of cleaning this up, till I remembered to just fill the hole with putty. Such a simple solution for an annoying problem.
