Just on the off chance:

Does anyone have access to this set of rules that could talk me through the activation sequence/design.
I know it changed from a generic IgoUgo (v1-4) to card sequence (v5) then on to chit allocation (v6/2006). Just want to know how cards are allocated in v5 and how they work with commander ratings?

I have been looking for a copy for ages but it seems to have disappeared when v6/2006 became a free download.
