Nope.  Read a huge article about it about 6 months ago but as of then their has been no lawful owners of the rights to Lovecraft's works.  I think I looked it up on Wikipedia so you may want to try there.

How about when I, in turn, go get my game (now full of Lovcraftian beasties) copyrighted? It would be insane to assume that I would hold any small part of the copyright...I don't get it...

Now from what I read you wouldn't be able to copyright any of it either.  It is really gray right now if it is completely public domain or if those who are petitioning that they have the rights can prove it.  That's why the mythos is so common in most media.

I guess I'm still safer to use vaguely similar stuff, so it can all be mine and I shall rule over the copyright with an iron fist! Thanx for the info.
