Got this one aprox. 10 years ago in a total sh*thole.

Nice. I have a few of those Silver miniatures but still not been able to pick this one up.
IMHO the later D&D/Chainmail Dwarves are the best. Decent anatomy not barrels with feet, just wish there were more of them.

I must admit that, Dwarf lover that I am, this one is "meh" at best.  Getting picky in my old age?  Probably.

Must be the red pointy hat but I thought he looked more like a gnome than a dwarf. So what were these Silver anniversary miniatures anyway? I've not heard of them was this dwarf a one off? were there others?

Long OOP but not too difficult to find, generally mixed up amongst other old abused rpg figures.
