Good ebay buyer for US
« on: 17 September 2012, 08:07:37 AM »
Found this old post:
It occurred to me that as well as all these lovely buildings, we'll need Lampposts, mail boxes, bins, roadsigns and more to really make our city tables pop. I know Black Cat Bases do some stuff, but what else is out there?

This Ebay seller (and certainly others too):

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20pcs-6V-model-Road-street-lights-lamppost-Double-head-bulbs-100mm-layout-white-/280806513653?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item41615f5bf5

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20pcs-Plastic-Grey-Model-Train-Sun-Umbrella-parasol-Layout-Scale-1-100-HO-/250957506170?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item3a6e3ba67a

and all kind of palm- and other trees:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10PCS-Model-Pine-Tree-Train-Set-Scenery-Landscape-OO-HO-/400269469038?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item5d31eb656e

Unless i am mistaken, Uk get free shipping but no where else. Are there any retailer like this for the US. Those are rock bottom prices for scenery items.

thanks for any help with this,

http://www.megaminis.com/

If you click on Zombies/Civilians zip or PDF they have Urban scenery there...the first four pages, street lamps, mail boxes, street cones and that sort of thing..

Demo's Laser Cut Designs has a variety of accessories including dumpsters, video games, barricades and other items including billboards and such to add to the table. Everything is laser cut wood.

I have never ordered from either but I do have both on my "to buy from list". Megaminiatures has an Ebay store and a web page store and are fairly cheap. The laser cut stuff I found to be very reasonable for what you get for the price. Plus both are in the US....there are some others but those two are close to mind for me right now.
