Best skirmish rules for Ten Cents War 1879-84..?

Can someone recommend a good set of rules to game The Guerra Pacifico 1879-84, I am seeking a a good set of skirmish rules, for those who are not aware of the war it was hard fought between Chile vs Peru/Bolivia.

I would suggest SHARP PRACTISE as it can be used for any setting during the 1700-1900 period  ;)
