Played another game of Merchants & Marauders, another 3 player game with the same guys as last time. This time I drew the French captain with the most epic Glam metal haircut to ever grace the seas of the Caribbean - Dominique De Richery.

However, to my frustration his very promising pirate career was hampered by bad opportunities, aggressive NPC pirate, storms and other players acting hostile.

Took a bunch of pictures as usual and wrote a small summary - the game had the most unlikely winner as well making it even more hilarious.

Very nice game. I need to play Merchants & Marauders again. Loaned my copy to a family with a boy who is about 11 years old. Thought they would like it. For a convention should be able to blow up that map into several tables, while using ships sized for 28mm figures. That would look spectacular.
Sailors have more fun!
