US Navy Seals painting tutorial

My friend Patrik got a lot of comments on his 20mm Navy Seals that he use for Brink of Battle, and I was recently asked how he had painted them. So I asked Patrik if he cared to give me some tutorial notes to which I added a bunch of closeup pictures of his miniatures.
