From foundry triad to vallejo model colours convertion...

I have changed my paints from foundry triad to vallejo model colour (for the bottle).

So, I need some convertion in the paints.
Do you know what I could use for flesh, wood, leather (may be colours from different tones) :


-Flesh : Spearshaft 13A, Flesh 5A,5B,5C
-Wood : Spearshaft 13A,13B,13C
-Leather : Rawhide A B C
- Bay brown A B C
- Tan A B C

Maybe not the answer you're looking for, but have you considered putting your Foundry paints in Vallejo style bottles ? These can be bought empty - I've found several online shops who carry them.

Yes, it is an idea, but I have a good stock of vallejo paint...so I want to use them...
