Dux Bellorum - Wars of the Roses

We've been using our WotR amendments to the Dux Bellorum rules for a while now, including for an in-club tournament.

I've added some tactical hints and tips to the blog as a result of our hard-learned lessons about what works and what doesn't!

Overall, i'd say that Dan Mersey's excellent DxBel rules work exceptionally well, even with my amateur conversions in place.  They make for very satisfying, tense and exciting games that reflect the frictions of the Wars of the Roses battles very well!
