Im working on 1st St Albans so basicaly three retinues a side, affordable in plastic plus they are very nice figures anyway.

I’m more and more interested in getting a few of these plastic WotR figures. No offence intended but even with a more basic paint job, they look quite good. Inspiring to said the least. Nice wok timg

No your quite right, all im doing with the plastics is blocking the main colours in then using some washes. Bit of speed painting really and its quite enjoyable doing them this way and fast as im going to need a lot of the blighters!

Im planning on mounting my personalities on special bases. Can anyone advise on a size and source for bases that will be big enough for three mounted figures each? Working on a General, page and standard bearer per base. (possibly a loosers trophy for the Barnet 71 cross country racein Warwicks case too )
