Blue Moon Manufacturing make figures and buildings for Gothic Horror in 25/18mm.  The buildings alone have almost tempted me to get into horror in this scale.

Khurasan have a range of Pulp 15s - Mystri Island, IIRC - with some horror models.

CP Models do some suitable stuff in their 15mm scifi range: http://www.cpmodelsminiatures.co.uk/CP%20MODELS%2015MM%20SCI-FI%20MINIATURES.htm
I don't know whether to be a good example or a horrible warning.
