Considering how awesome your figures are, I'm astounded this thread's received so little replies. Now what paints did you use for the khaki-clad chaps?  :D

Really really nice!

Is that last a Burnaby with shotgun, off on an adventure in the Soudan?

The artillery piece is also my favourite, although the Sikh fellows are a close second.

Thank you all for your comments.  I also think the artillery and crew are my favorite.  The khaki was painted two different ways, the paint dried up and I couldn't a store that carried the paint.  I mainly use the large 2 fl oz craft paint, it's cheaper and just as good; however, for the khaki I bought some GW paint as everyone at the time was saying how great it was.  I find that it covers well but is damn expensive! Anyways, the 1st method is seen on the khaki Sudan British. Base of Khemri Brown (GW) then Lichen Grey (Apple Barrel or Americana craft paint) and finally Sandstone (Apple Barrel).  The 2nd method, as seen on the Highlanders, is Khemri Brown (GW) then Delvan Mud was (GW), highlight of Kommando Khaki (GW) or it's craft paint equal Khaki Tan (Americana) followed with Sandstone (Apple Barrel).  Hope this helps.
