English all-electric Truncheon

English all-electric Truncheon the weapon of choice for the boys from the yard i has always pictured this to be like the stun stick in demolition man.

my question is do people think it would be over powered if it was to ignore armor like ark weaponry

That actually is not a bad idea, except for people wearing Faraday coats  lol.

It can be an 'improved' version, made with the points system in the book. I'd be fine with it.
