British trading posts in Africa

Anyone have any decent pics of them? I'm finding nothing useful via Google search.
So many projects..... so little time.......

I did a quick search, there's not much I can find.

A ruin in the Gambia with some interesting architecture...

George Westbeech's trading post in Barotse territory, southern Africa in the 1880's. Quite a bit of background, photo at bottom.

Hello,

for an item about the French  military campaigns in New Caledonia 1870s-80s, there is an article in

"Miniature Wargames  issue 127 December 1993.

i no longer have this issue  (try Ebay) , but i recall it had an account about the small battles and descriptions of the French (uniforms)  plus their local auxillaries and the  "rebel" or tribal forces.

Ken.
