It has been pre-ordered for a while.  Not often I do that but by including Asia (India, especially,) it won me over to the idea of pre-ordering again...  still not believing I went for HVF unseen but it convinced me to try this again.  Hopefully I can adapt it to Sumatra/Borneo/Malaysia setting...
