That was a lot of fun to read. Thanks for the write up and photos. Great little action report. Now for some serious questions:
1) Where did you get the injury dice?
2) Where did you get the cauliflower and other garden terrain?
3) What rule set did you use?
4) Was it an individual game or against an opponent?
5) What did you use for the comic book type AAR?

@Hitman I'll try to answer these as best I can

2. I got those in a local railway model store in Edmonton (Hobby Wholesale)

3. "Some Corner of a Foreign Field" I was play testing this for a member of TMP...As I understand it's still a work in progress...I will say it was the best squad sized skirmish I've played...IMHO it won't handle anything much larger then squad/section ...I will be playing this again for sure

4.This was a solo effort...I think I would have driven any opponent crazy my all my photographs I'd love to try it out against an opponent soon though... I will say that absolutely every action was dictated by the dice ...I didn't cheat in any way (I was going to win regardless) I do plan on a campaign with this 43rd section so I was sad to see some of thecharacters bite the dust so soon...I do want to show in the next AAR how the individuals will be less gong-ho...individually running out to get a better shot ...sprinting at full pace everywhere...charging into rooms instead of tossing grenades first etc...

@Marine0846 You're very welcome...The reason I made this (apart from enjoying the game) I love to see a good AAR and I really enjoy a 'Band of Brothers' type story...and I thought it might be appreciated by people of similiar interests to me. Comments such as these are a great reward!

Can't say "best" without reading some of the others again to compare but surely one of the top 10 WW2 reports I have read on LAF (and without question rather  high on that list too.)

Thats praise indeed considering the amazing AAR's here. I spend a lot of time on TMP...but I don't think its an exaggeration to say the modelling here on Lead Adventure is something very special...some of the     AAR's I've seen here are awe inspiring.

Thanks for the response Grey Panda. I will have to keep an eye out for the dice, game, terrain items and Comic Life 3. I re-read your AAR and enjoyed it just as much the second time through. As for too many pictures....heck, you could put it together and make a comic book out of it...now that would be cool, especially if you keep the remaining characters and introduce new characters. It would be just like Band of Brothers!!

You're welcome Hitman...I've planned a continuing story campaign but it does that a loooong time to do so it will be a while before I do it again I think...did enjoy making it but I'm an Irishman just moved to Canada and I now realize that there's 9 months of extreme winter and 3 of summer so I'm going to be making the most of the summer but I'm sure to get in a few hours here and there
