28mm Vietnam Huts
« on: 29 May 2014, 08:52:46 PM »
I'm just building a couple of huts for a friend.
The first 5 are nearly finished, with another 2 to come.
The big one will be a bar, and the interior will be added later. I think the smaller huts will be left empty for gaming.
Lightning isn't the best at the moment, but I don't get it better right now.

Comments and critics are welcome!

Nice variations, I like the patched corrugate roofs with the wood and bricks holding the sheets in place. Thatch work's well too.

Thanks! The walls are cardboard, with a special sort of wallpaper I already used on my Sampans

These sampans are quite nice. I might try it myself and use your idea.  8)

They are indeed, managed to miss those the first time round, really nice clean looking models, and the huts are more of the same. Talented guy!

Finally a wip pic from the last two huts, while I built them I decided that a watchtower would probably also be a good idea, I will try to paint them over the weekend.  ::)

I finally took some pics from all the finished huts I built for Nils, together with the old sampans and Cortos new ship.

Thank you both!

I think Nils is also happy with them and as we play together regularly it was not too hard for me to hand them over to him! ;)
