Converting These Perry Sudan models for 2nd Afghan War?

In need of a spot of help guys.......

What would I have to do to convert these other then ensure the pugerees were in place and the helmet covers were on and the water bottles changed?

The chap on the end! Camels will be converted to baggage animals!:

How about suggesting to the Perrys that Afghan war figures would be great - they might just decide that they can do the converting, and then a whole new range would be born?

Worry not Fred it's something that I'm going mention to Michael but they play their cards very close to their respective chests so the first thing we would know about a range is it appearing on the Metals workbench on their site- if that!

Artizan have just started a very good range for the 2nd Afghan war, the officer models are particularly good.
