New Release from Reaper, Post-Apoc Hunter
« on: 30 September 2014, 06:12:13 PM »
I just found this figurine on Reaper's website under the New Releases section.  "Post Apocalyptic Hunter":  http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/50299/latest/50299

The fig has a great look that's a hybrid of paramilitary and scavenger, blending right in with squads of EM4, Copplestone, and RAFM Modern Heroes figs.  Reaper has been getting better with their PA selection from the Chronosphere line.  Hopefully they continue the trend.

Studmuffin there needs to get his finger off that trigger.

That is good. I hope it's not smallish like some of the recent sculpts. Nice to see new metal releases tho.

I mean, I've been waiting on the last IMEF Heavy, a "Bulldog" sumthin or uther, for some time now.

Great figure, but really could benefit from some movement I think.

Drum & Bass.
Went to the Lokerse Feesten last year with a clubmember and his brother (both about 20 years old)
We attended a gig in the Boiler Room by DJ. Danny Bird & Dynamite MC. It was an awesome set and I enjoyed every minute of it despite the fact that I was porbably the oldest fart jumping around that night  ;D

I actually like his pose. The all action ones annoy me for some reason

I like the pose as it's static enough to appear "balanced" with other miniatures.  Some dynamically posed minis appear oddly proportioned or even out of scale.  The only thing I will change when mine arrives is the gun.  I don't care for guns that have a vaguely 40K look to them, so I'd replace it with something along the lines of an AK style weapon.

I have a few of the Reaper and RAFM Dark Future Female minis.  I've replaced the stock heads with Brother Vini's PA females which look much better.  Still have to paint those.

I used to have this great button badge on my punk leather jacket. It just said 'Punk must be dead, it stinks so much!"   lol  (yes I did the punk thing too and loved every second of it.) Went to a skinhead gig the other day and we were all middle aged or worse.

Nothing wrong with either its just not a young people thing.

There are tons of young punks here in the states. Shows in NYC are packed.

OT: Awesome mini! ;D
