Well, T-Rex with the Die of Doom looks pretty cool, I'd say. So you had fun, hadn't you? At least the teenies did.

The realities of warfare (i.e. being in Afghanistan) prevented me from attending this year. I would have taken the legend, that is the best shot I've seen of that mini. I got it last fall and deployed without getting to paint it, something else to look foreward to when I get home. Glad you all had fun.

Wow, that's a great looking game. 8)

Could you show the little cards that were in one of the pics?

Jizbrand made these terrific character sheets up awhile back, Chuck and Dan use them for their games, I don't quite have the hang of them, myself.  I am sure Chuck could be persuaded to show one of them off here.  They are very nice for players because they have pictures of the characters and the miniatures used for them on the cards.  I didn't use them this time, myself, because of the time it would take me to get them made up and the cost of printing and laminating them.

It look like it was a fun game!  :)

...
Seems like the teenager gaming crowd wants to do two things: Kill and Maim, and they would prefer to be able to kill and maim other players, if possible.  I don't recall being that way, but I am sure I was.

When I was a teenager I recall having a game were players were able to throw alliance with each other I an attempt to overrun the hordes of ghouls, goblins and undead the game master throw at them… the goal of the game was to loot a dungeon and escape unhurt. We were 3 players and I always ended up being the first in the line, having to do the heavy fighting… I fight my way in and out only to be literally stab in the back, at the very exit end of the dungeon, by a fellow gamer who "loot my loot"!!!  :o lol

Here are the sheets and cards I used. the character sheets are an Excel sheet with the character stats and abilities and a picture of the mini. The card have the same picture and were used for activation. I find card activation much easier in multi-player games...plus I really like the randomness of it.

Well done. It's these little details that make a difference between a good game session and an excellemt one.
