Still can't see it, maybe it's my phone. Went direct and looked, nice neat paint jobs. I would suggest using some washes though, it would add depth and definition for very little effort.

Grab some of these, use them straight from the pot. Washes done.

Vallejo and Army Painter also make water based acrylic washes that are easy to use and you get twice as much than GW for the same money.

All of these types of products will darken the miniatures though.

My current go-to approach for washes is to use artist watercoluors.  The kind in a tube.  Not acrylics, but water colour.  Basically I brush on a thin coat of gloss varnish (and let it dry), thin down some watercolor with water and paint in on the miniature.  Once it's dry I remove it from all the high surfaces with a moist cotton swab.  Then once it's totally dry, I give the miniature a coat of matte sealer to cut out the shine.  I like Vallejo's varnishes.

The gloss varnish protects the paint from being stained by the wash, so once you remove it from the high places, the overall brightness of the miniature is maintained.  Also, the water colour doesn't have the same binder as acrylic washes so the cotton swab easily removes it even after it is dry.

Yours are way better than my first three miniatures.  I wish I still had them, but if I did, I'd probably repaint them.  lol

If you mean base shape and size, I think you'll find round bases of 30mm or less to look right.  If you like the round base the one guy is on already, you can get those super cheap from em4 miniatures in the UK.

If you mean texture or whatever, the most important thing is to not use the same colour that dominates a figure on the base.  A friend of mine has a bunch of miniatures who all have brown coats and he chose the same brown for the dirt they were standing on and it made the whole group of miniatures look indistinct.

If you're willing to give some sculpting a try, cobble stone bases can be pretty easy to make:
