Have you bought some extra Figures? In the plastics box are only 13 horses.

By the way, nice paint job. The macro reveals, as always, some minor mistakes (sattle cloth). You can try to avoid it by painting very thin black colorbetween the green and white.
For the wool i use a buff color und simple drybrush with ivory.

I have painted some myself for the 13th Dragoons. I like the combination of green and pink.

Hi Kobiyashi. :)

I bought two boxes, actually, and took one from the second box so that both units rank evenly. 2nd Dragoons had more troopers at Waterloo than 7th, anyway.

That's a good idea for the wool, thank you. :)

I bet your 13th look good!

Very nicely done :)

I'd recommend using washes on all the metals, such as the swords, going back to touch them up, as you've done.

For sheepskins, I start with a beige, going through a beige/white mix to finish with a final highlight of off white. Pure white can look a little too bright on sheepskins, in my opinion.

I'd endorse grey's encouragement to paint the numbers. If you're like me, you'll make the odd mistake, but it's no drama to either tidy it up with the background colour or even paint over and try again after a few minutes ;)

Good Morning Guys, and thank you.

I'll be going over the sheepskin and such soon, I appreciate all the tips. :) I will try the numerals, nothing to lose.

Kobiyashi, your forces are very impressive! I like the 13th Dragoons, with the pink facings, they are striking. :)

I'm so flighty, I've been working on my Brit Infantry for the Sudan. So many projects XD
