Restock in at Hemel - with some things I haven't seen before, including western armour (including a challenger 2), and some different USSR vehicles.

And Loads and loads of T-34's.

Hi everyone, just to let you know that gentlemen amongst the good people on LAF sent (or are in the process) me some of these goodies (Overrevdsquat, Lord of Jerwood and Momotaro, I'm looking at you  ;) ). I'm still after these :
IFV : BMP-1, BMP-2, BMP-3
APC : BTR-60, BTR-70, BTR-80, BTR-90
Light Tank : PT-76
MBT : T-54, T-55, T-62, T-64, T-72, T-90 (no T-80)
Light vehicle : Tiger (looks like an Iveco/Humvee light armored carrier)

Here are some pictures with Battlefield Evolution (now OOP) PLA miniatures, not the same scale (1/72 with "little 28mm") but it works fine enough for me.

A small number have just appeared in one of my local Works. Nothing on that list though from what I recall. They only had a dozen or so 1:72 models. They did have the larger scale Puma but it looked too big for 28mm. The Somua, however,  looks much more 38mm friendly. A 28mm Artizan figure on a penny base comes up to just about the top of the main chassis. Looking at photos it's not bad. They also had loads of 1:43 half tracks.

Several of the Battlefield Evolution vehicles were scaled to fit in the boxes rather than being the stated 1/64 scale.  The British Challenger tank, for example, matches Dragon 1/72 diecast models almost perfectly, while the Abrams is a good fit for the Corgi 1/64 model of the tank.

So don't worry about it!

Still looking for you Ulu...
