I lookin for any information about this High Elf mini.
Wich Sculptor ? Wich range and catalog?

Tom Meier and Citadel miniatures are suspected, probably in  an early begining of the 80's. But I have not found any proof or trace on the internet for now.

Any informations are welcome.

I think that's an Aly Morrison High Elf, though I can't find it in any of the online catalogues. His solid-based High Elves had the same base inscription and the spiralling weapon haft features elsewhere in the range:
