Some short notice terrain for WW1
« on: November 03, 2009, 04:32:29 AM »
So Thejammedgatling set me a challenge to build something to for an upcoming game of WW1.  He was kind enough to give me a whole 48 hours this time around.   ::) :?

Anyway after much head scratching I came up with these little pieces.  I figured that as a corn field features in his stunning terrain boards I would make something that would hopefully tie in with them.

Not soo badly battle damaged bbut rather derelict im afraid.  I steered away from 'blown up' because everyones idea of damaged is different.  I am sure it TJG wants to 'bomb' them some more he can customise them to suit.

Photos taken on my own terrain boards, but im sure they will look far more abandoned on the proper boards.
I also just noticed that in the pictures I havent put the hay barn down properly, oh and the sails on the windmill do move.

All feedback welcome

Obviously you were given far too much time...I shall be much stricter next time and call you in the car on the way to the game... >:D

These are great..we now have an objective! They're so nice that I shall only bomb them a little.

That's a short notice terrain piece? What can you accomplish given a proper run-up to the subject, man?
