NOTICE: LPL5 voting protocol change

A couple of people have pointed out that in previous LPLs, voters could not opt to see the results in any given match until AFTER they had cast their own vote. (Thus avoiding any possibility of the established voting pattern influencing votes yet to be cast).

Personally, I don't have a strong view on this either way, but the Prof has confirmed this was indeed the way it was handled in previous competitions, so from Round 3 onwards, this is how we'll be doing it 

I'm sure people will have different views on this, but that's a ruling I'm afraid, not a discussion point.
