Pulp Alley Fire Escape
« on: 14 October 2015, 05:22:11 PM »
Here's the final print for my Pulp Alley Fire Escape project. I just couldn't resist making a few more changes yesterday.

This was printed in only four pieces - 2 landings (including attached railing and supports), 1 stairs, 1 ladder. I'll eventually glue it to the building, but that will be the only part that requires any glue ---

More to come...

Have you posted the print files anywhere so those of us with access to a printer might follow your example and print some for our pulp buildings?  ???

I'm not sure they are really good enough to share, but I'll look into how that might work. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah wouldn't they only properly fit that custom-made building Dave's assembled?

I guess they'll probably work for anyone who builds a whole building out of those DUST parts, so that's something.

Yes but once you have the file its easier to tweek it for your project then coming up with the whole design yourself  ;)

That whole building is pretty spectacular.

Stunning, is the whole thing scratch built? (is it moulded or carved?)

Very cool. Are you going to or have you done the interior? I have a few sets of the tenement buildings I am planning to convert into a police station.
