Building the Battle of Rivoli

Hi LAF,

Kinda of new here, came here for the Frostgrave board, but like a lot of wargamers, I game everything. My friends and I are building a table for our Battle of Rivoli game at Fall In. I'd thougth I'd share some Work in Progress pics


Home Depot supplies our base terrain material, 2x8 sheets of foam insulation. We love this stuff.


Laying out terrain features with glass beads. The beads allow us to adjust the features on the fly before we draw them in with Sharpie.


Carving out rivers. This is done outside because the foam dust can be toxic to breathe.


Adding stepped hills. They will be carved and sanded and then glued down.
