Edit 24th Feb
Book has arrived at a great discounted price. (Note, Amazon have not released the book yet.)

Now to find time during the day to read through it.

It was in a cardboard envelope and arrive in perfect condition here in the UK.

However, having lived in SA for several years, I doubt it would survive the harsh handling by SA post (if it even got delivered).

Was it in bubble rap or just cardboard or is the cardboard lined? The reason I ask is I have received books from other suppliers that were also in a cardboard envelope and the book slid around in the inside damaging the cover.

Just a plain cardboard envelope (just like small books from Amazon come in), but a tight fit.

Thanks AfricanAl

But no matter where I order it from it will have to go through the SA post, or do you know of alternate ways?
