Newbie question: why are spears not included?

I do like wire spears, but the flattened and OW! sharp spear points are a bit samey. I wonder if there's mileage in the notion of lead or LF pewter spear/pole arm heads to fit over the ends of wire spears? Historicals from across the globe and the ages, fantasy ones from the sublime to the ridiculous and beyond...
