Highlighting black has always been very difficult for me so, Agis, please, could you be so kind to briefly explain how did you paint the uniform of miss Korlitz?

Hmm, 1st off: The Uniform is painted in German feldgrau colours, so no black...
Approach is always the same for me. Clean mini, apply base colour (Feldgrau - Vallejo), brown or black wash, apply base colour again (no as ahighlight), mix some white into base colour and highlight again.
Maybe paint some edges pure white - done.

No secret at all involved!

Wow... It looked like light grey in the pic for me... Need to check my eyes again! 

The point of repainting after the wash was new for me. Thanks a lot.
