Custom mdf signboards

Anybody know of anyone that makes custom signboards to hang on 28mm old west buildings?  I've seen and bought stock ones, would like to personalize a couple though.

I fully suspect you'd stand a better chance of simply emailing some of the laser cut companies.  I'd imagine if they have a "email us for custom bases!" etc. they might be open for some custom work.  That or surely some folks on this board have access to laser cutters and could oblige.
