I really love your miniature choices..

I was eyeing that Alien queen and soldiers at Reaper pages for ages and was persuading myself - you wont play them ever) - but now I am not so sure..

I was eyeing that Alien queen and soldiers at Reaper pages for ages and was persuading myself - you wont play them ever) - but now I am not so sure..

Thanks to Pulp Alley I could play with all the miniatures I want, and alone with solo games if there aren't players available too
I can build the leagues I want, without strict rules or backgrounds that limit my choices. I create the backgrounds and factions I need myself.

5 TURN

The Perioeci Captain win the challenge and take the relic lost from the defeated High Priestess.
Perioeci Captain: "Poor human woman... Sure, you will not need your booty anymore..."


The Martian Hippeus finish the last Amazon Skirmishers with their shots while the Martian Drone defeat the Queen's Amazon with Rifle.

The Perioeci Commander is free to ran toward the Goddess-Queen. The Queen is in serious peril!
Perioeci Commander "Your weak reign is over my Queen... Surrender to the mighty forces of the God-King or you will pay the consequences..."
Goddess-Queen: "I do not respond to the rude threats of a servile underling... I'm Talestri, Queen of Themyscira and Empress of Venus and you are only a submartian minion!"


The Perioeci Guard with standard lost his fight against Captain Antadra he is down but will recover in the next turn.
However Antadra is free, and could charge the God-King, joining her venusian sister.
Captain Antadra: "God-King! You will pay for the blood shed from our sisters!"
Climene: "Well said little sister! Did you heard us? You will not pass until we are still standing to fight!"
God-King: "Then you will fall!"
Either the Themysciran warriors fight well, but Antadra is down, while Climene is wounded.
However they injure the God-King and he could not free himself from the fight.

6 TURN

The fierce fight between the God-King and the two valiant Themyscirans continue.
However the God-King is too strong and the amazons are defeated.
God-King: "You were valiant warriors, loyal until the end to your Queen. Honor to the Fallen!"


The last Queen's Guard charge the Perioeci Commander.
Derinoe: "You will not lay your filthy hands on our queen!"
The Perioeci with standard charge Derinoe too, but the fight is useless.
The mighty Martian Drone move and capture the queen.
The battle is over and the Themyscirans have lost.


God-King Areus "Talestri, your brave warriors fought well, but you could not win this last battle. Now the long war is finally over and I'm the winner!"
Goddess-Queen Talestri "Winner? There is no winner today... we both lost when the war beginned... look around yourself, all our fallen and the hundreds of thousands before them... Call you this victory?"
looking around him and finally aware of the carnage of the battle, Areus hesitated.
Areus: "Maybe you could be right, my Queen, but now it is too late to remedy our mistakes..."
Talestri: "It's never too late for peace, my King..."
Areus: "So be it, sit with me my Queen, it's time to speak..."
and that day, the Themyscirans and Laecedamones signed an uneasy peace.
It was called "the Treaty of the Fallen Gods", some of the most important articles were about the limitation of technologically advanced weapons and the insulation of both people, to avoid interference with the outside human civilizations... Both Talestri and Areus know well that if they continue with the war, they could destroy this world, as yet their ancestors done with their home planets... this Treaty helped to keep the peace for thousands of years... until the XX century...
