Greater Vancouver Players
« on: 17 October 2016, 07:04:38 PM »
Hey folks hope all is well.

So I have been having a struggle finding any players in the Greater Vancouver, Canada area.... guess i can't say i am all that surprised.

I have been actively looking on the Facebook Group (nice amount of members on there)

Thought I would reach out here... never know who you may find!

Eager to find new players and make new friends@!

Cheers

Talk to Darren at Strategies Games and Hobbies on Main. If anyone knows where there's some Frostgrave going off it will be him. :)

Yup. And you will likely be able to get a couple of folks to join in if you come out to the Trumpeters Society game nights. I know a few members who have dabbled in Frostgrave.

What part of Vancouver do you live in?

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

Almost all my good friends that I game with currently - and with whom I've gamed for years now - I met at Trumpeters.

It's a bag of mixed nuts no doubt, but it really can't be beat for potential. It helps if you come out prepared to host the game you want to play. "Play it and they will come" or something like that. It doesn't have to be an elaborate set-up, there are always open tables ready to go.

By the way, our wee group is centred around Chinatown.
