Ragnarok 2016 tournament review
« on: 02 October 2016, 01:14:59 AM »
Played three awesome games against four great opponents in an excellent venue in Melbourne, Australia.

My warband was:

Harald Hardrada
8 Varangians with Dane Axes
2 x 8 Warriors
4 Berserkers

Very impressive! Good job mate.

A question on the hands you used for the dane-axe wielding viking in the left corner. From which kit are these?

Thanks everyone :)

They're the arms from the Wargames Factory Viking Hirdmen kit. Not a great kit, to be honest, but there's some parts in there worth cannibalising. I probably wouldn't have considered converting 12 Dane Axes without access to all those parts, and I'll be using more of them for some conversions for my upcoming Welsh warband :)
