Were those bases with the figures?

No.
They come with "normal size" integral bases which have a “pavement” design cast in.
I fixed them to GW bases and built up with greenstuff and plasticard and “polyfilla” to tie in with the cast base.  Poor Picture below shows the base work more clearly.  (And the fact that you can't see where the cast design ends and my work begins is entirely intentional.  ;) )

Other Projeckt X figures I did the same thing with but as I added more “rocks” and the photo angle is different you can’t really see it.

Hope that helps.   :)

Swell work on that second batch. A Sven Hassel adaptation, I presume?

Thanks.  Not adapted though.  That's how they come.  (Well, I had to paint them  ;) )

I like the black lipstick!

That's the first thing I thought.  :)

A very nice idea, that changes the look of the figure totally (In a good way ) :)

Yep. German Deserters are non-Sven Hassel characters.

Yes it does. Thanks. Polyfilla is a great idea that I will steal at once. "Entirely intentional" LOL! Excellent - I can't see the join so it worked

These two look great fighting against Cap and Bucky!  Got lots of double takes at the con and hope I sent some eyes your way.

Thanks again,
Brian
