Maybe old news, but nonetheless, it's news:

There are some nice poses here plus a few extra goodies.

Best wishes,

I would LOVE to paint some of their figures but I’m broke right now…  >:(

Maybe later?

I could get some off the late war French they are working on... ;)
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Thank you Helen its recent news, theres a brief painting guide for AH on the site as well. (hobby section)

The first French are due toward the end of March along with more Italians. Not forgotten that mountain gun either.
We also just added our downed pilot into the store.
Kind regards

the minis seem to be rather good! and they have good variety!

scarabminiatures: what are you plans for the french? infantry regulars? or any special stuff like you did with the Austrians?
Cheers,
Pedro

Thank you Pedro

First we plan regular infantry (2 packs) these are ready for production mould. Then Chauchats, rifle grenade launchers, officers etc.
I want the range to be complete as we can, although that might take some time as we also have more Italians to do and the first of the support weapons for the Austrians. The first 6 French packs should be all complete by the end of April. We also took note of feedback from this forum and elsewhere and asked the sculpter to pay attention to hand size!

We have already done one Chausseur Alpine and I will be adding images of him and the other packs onto the scarab site over the next week once i have mastered using the FTP facilities (my attempt here failed sadly) but if you want to see in advance send an email to info@scarabminiaitures.com and i will reply Thursday or Friday.

Hope that helps

Thankyou SM,

Will look forward to seeing further additions to your ranges.

I've a stockpile of lead I'm painting at the moment for all fronts, so I'll look forward to painting some of the selected chaps up later this year for Palestine.

Keep up the good work on the Austrians.

Helen

Love the Russian down at the bottom of the previews page:

http://scarabminiatures.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=10

He's got that "pulp" look to him, and I can easily see him hanging out with Bob Murch's crew.  However, while it might be that camera agle thingie, his hands look obscenely large.

Our French are all Late War based as that is where we are concentrating initially.
First two packs should be on sale before end of the month, probably in the next two weeks.
