Great service from Gripping Beast

The other day I placed a small order with Gripping Beast. It arrived promptly but one of the items was incorrect (some Saga dice, wrong faction sent out) I contacted them and they sent out the correct item immediately. All very standard, but the courtesy and speed it was all sorted was a credit to the company and I felt deserved mention.
